Who we are
Merking Judo Club (MKC) is a judo club based in Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia. For privacy questions, please contact the club through the enquiry form on our contact page.
What we collect through this website
- Trial class requests: parent or guardian name, email address, optional phone number, the child’s age group, experience level and any message you choose to add.
- School and partnership enquiries: contact name, role, organisation, email, optional phone number and your message.
- General enquiries: name, email, topic and message.
We do not ask for a child’s name, date of birth, school, address or medical information through this website.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange a trial class or discuss a programme. We do not sell or share enquiry information for marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists without separate consent.
How it is handled
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered directly to the club’s nominated contact. The website itself does not store enquiry submissions. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and are then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If the club adds privacy-friendly analytics in future, this notice will be updated first.
Photography policy
- Photographs are published only after review and with appropriate permission.
- Identifiable images of children are published only with consent from a parent or guardian.
- Captions never include a child’s school, home area, date of birth or other private details.
- Photographs are not published automatically from social media.
- Any family can ask for a photograph to be reviewed or removed. Use the enquiry form (topic: Media & photography) and we will act promptly.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or withdraw consent, at any time by contacting the club.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change.
